Are Soapary products vegan and cruelty-free?

Soapary is committed to thoughtful and ethical product development, and none of our collections are ever tested on animals.

The majority of our products are vegan-friendly and made using botanical ingredients, pure essential oils and carefully selected blends chosen for both wellbeing and sensory experience. Occasionally, a small number of products may contain ingredients such as beeswax, which will always be clearly listed within the product description.

How should I store my Soapary products?

To enjoy your Soapary products at their best, we recommend storing them away from direct sunlight, heat and excessive moisture to help preserve both scent and ingredient quality.

Candles, diffusers, pillow mists and home fragrance products are best kept in cool, dry spaces away from direct heat sources to maintain fragrance performance and longevity.

Bath, body and wellbeing products should be stored sealed when not in use and kept in dry conditions where possible. Soap and shampoo bars will last longer when allowed to fully dry between uses using a well-draining soap dish or tray.

What is your return policy?

We hope you will be delighted with your Soapary order.

Due to the nature of our bath, body and home fragrance products, we are unable to accept returns on opened, used or partially used items unless they are faulty, damaged or supplied incorrectly.

If you wish to return an unused item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused, unopened and in their original condition.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will always do our best to resolve the matter promptly and thoughtfully.
