  • Calming, soothing and deeply relaxing, Pure Sleep is designed to help quiet a busy mind and prepare you for a more restful night's sleep.

    Lavender helps the body and mind to relax, while bergamot brings a gentle uplifting quality that helps settle those thoughts that can keep going when you get into bed.

    Perfect for the bedroom and particularly lovely if you find it difficult to switch off at the end of the day.

  • Use the Pure Sleep Reed Diffuser in the bedroom to create a continuous calming atmosphere, then layer with the matching candle as bedtime approaches.

    Add Pure Sleep Bath Salts, Body Oil, Pillow Mist or Botanical Balm to build a soothing evening ritual, helping you slow down, switch off and prepare for sleep.

  • Place all of the reeds into the bottle and allow the fragrance oils to gently absorb and naturally diffuse into the room over time.
